Are we ready?

The answer is: DEFINITELY NOT. :S

Like my absolutely awsome, extremely handsome and unbelievable charming chummy who is going to fly to Louisiane tomorrow morning, there are some Must-Haves a girl like me just NEEDS to buy before being able to start the trip.

However, if the gadgets are more of a technical kind in the case of my darling, my needs are definitely more sophisticated..

1.) A pair of warm winter boots

2.) A pair of more beautiful walking boots, preferably brown

3.) A pair of very beautiful black boots


What do we learn? A girl it's all about shoes. :P

Oh yes, there are some other things I still have to buy/steal/beg for, like some kind of sweater, a t-shirt and some Jazzpants.

Not to speak about all the other things I still have to do btw: just to name some examples, the range goes from washing and folding my clothes over cleaning and storing the costumes to finally finding and packing my foto and my battery charger. (preferably with batteries.)

I will never be ready by wednesday.... :S

Welcome to...

San Francisco. The City by the Bay. The Fog City. Or what else it might be called somewhere out there ;-) Once part of Mexico, this pulsating city is with nearly 16,000 people per square mile the second most densely populated major American city after New York. (Feel free to verify this info on wikipedia ;-) )

And in about 4 more days, there will be 9 more people.. a young, adventurous group of never tired Salseros and Salseras departing from the cold north to party in the San Francisco Salsa Congress 2006!

I will keep you posted with some of my adventures during this - I hope - unforgettable stay in California :-)
